Different lifts preformed:

Trap bar Dead lifts ( great for developing back & lat muscles) 4 sets of 8 reps.

Wide-Grip Lat pull-down: 4 sets of 12 reps
Controlled motion: Pull-Squeeze

Close-Grip Lat pull-down: 4 sets of 12 reps
Controlled motion: Lean back and pull bar down to belly button

SuperSet! 4 sets of 12 reps / 90sec break between sets!
Shrug Machine- Behind the Back Row:
Hammer Strength High Angled Row

Bent Over Barbell Row to Back Pull: 4 sets of 12 reps

Bicep Curls: (Bicep Isolation): 4 sets of 12 reps
