Battle Ropes Workouts Variations

 

1. Broad Jumps with Battle Ropes: Do 2 Rounds - 20 seconds on, 20 seconds off.

2. Jump Squats with Battle Ropes: Do 2 Rounds - 20 seconds on, 20 seconds off.

3. Ice Skaters with Battle Ropes: Do 2 Rounds - 20 seconds on, 20 seconds off.

4. Mountain Climbers with Battle Ropes: Do 2 Rounds - 20 seconds on, 20 seconds off.

5. Russian Twist with Battle Ropes: Do 2 Rounds - 20 seconds on, 20 seconds off.

6. Squat on Bosu Ball with Battle Ropes: Do 2 Rounds - 20 seconds on, 20 seconds off.

To be clear, you can do these individually as described, or you can run a "circuit" of doing all 6 back-to-back, then repeating for a second, or even third round.
