I'll go ahead and create your plan, usually within a day. The diet will match exactly what your target calories and macros should be for the desired outcome you're looking for. You just have to execute!

Finally, the meal plan will be on Google Sheets so that you can continue to record for yourself as you go along. I do NOT recommend using food tracking apps!
