About UTG · Westwood, NJ

Train like the pros actually train.

Real, evidence-based programs for your lifting and your diet, and the accountability to actually follow them.

Why most people fall short

Consistency matters, not motivation

An initial surge of motivation is great, but the numbers are blunt: most people regain a third to half of what they lose within a year, and are back where they started within three to five. Decades of research - and our own clinical experience - point to the same cause: sticking to your diet and training program is hard, and most people simply can't do it. Hard work on a plan you can't stick to still gets you nowhere.

Evidence-based dieting and lifting is boring and slow. Nothing exciting happens. So of course you're constantly fighting a battle of temptation to eat exciting foods and drink alcohol, especially during social gatherings.

What makes us different

We're the only ones that focus on what actually works

Real, evidence-based training and nutrition: the kind elite coaches design for competitors, built for you. Programming this serious is normally reserved for the stage.

Most trainers don't even write your workout down. We design the whole program, and track every single session. You see the progress day in and day out.

How we get you there

Then we make sure you actually do it.

Most importantly - we give you accountability and preserved motivation throughout the process. 6-week check-ins with body scans, weekly weigh-ins and diet check-ins, and constant daily communication in between.
