These terms cover your use of uniquetraininggroup.com and the services we advertise on it. The site and the gym are operated by Unique Training Group, LLC, trading as UTG Personal Training | Bergen County NJ, 23 Bergenline Avenue, Westwood, NJ 07675. Using the site means you accept these terms.
1. What we do
We are a private personal training gym. We provide one-to-one coaching, program design, nutrition coaching and body composition scanning. We are not doctors, physical therapists or dietitians, and nothing we say or publish is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
2. Before you train
Get clearance from a physician before starting any exercise program, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, taking medication, or have a heart, joint, respiratory or metabolic condition. Tell your coach about anything relevant, and tell them again if it changes. Stop and speak up if something hurts.
Exercise carries inherent risk of injury. You accept that risk when you train with us. If you train at our gym you will also sign a separate waiver and release, and where that document and these terms overlap, that document governs your training.
3. Offers, prices and bookings
Prices and offers shown on this site are current when published and can change or be withdrawn at any time. The price quoted to you when you sign up is the price that applies to you. Promotional offers may be limited in number or time and may not be combined.
Booking an assessment costs nothing and puts you under no obligation.
4. Text messages
When you give us your mobile number — by tapping a “Text us” button on this site, texting 201-783-7694, or writing it on one of our forms — you agree that UTG may send you text messages at that number about your enquiry, your appointments and our offers. Some of these are sent by an automated system.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can book, train and pay without ever agreeing to receive marketing texts.
- Message frequency varies depending on what you have asked us about and where you are in the process.
- Message and data rates may apply — that is between you and your carrier.
- To stop, reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one confirmation and nothing after that.
- For help, reply HELP, email support@uniquetraininggroup.com, or call 201-783-7694.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not share or sell your number. Your mobile information and your consent to be texted are never shared or sold to third parties or lead generators for their marketing or promotional purposes, at any time.

5. Memberships and cancellation
Training is month to month. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee.
6. Results
The transformations, reviews and numbers on this site are real clients who did the work. They are examples, not a promise. What you get depends on your starting point, your consistency, your nutrition, your sleep, your genetics and your health. We do not guarantee a specific result.
7. Our content
The text, photographs, video, program material and design on this site belong to Unique Training Group, LLC or are used under licence. You may read and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or resell it without our written permission.
8. Other people’s services
The site links to and embeds tools we do not control — booking calendars, forms, chat, mapping. We are not responsible for their content or their availability, and their terms apply when you use them.
9. Using the site properly
Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not use it to send anything unlawful or abusive.
10. Liability
The site is provided as-is. We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Unique Training Group, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Bergen County, New Jersey.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
