Book your $4 scanYes. Month-to-month, cancel anytime, and your first month is fully refundable. That's deliberate, for two reasons:
1. It forces us to go above and beyond and prove the value every single month.

There is no limit to how often you can train, or how long the sessions are.
Everyone has different programming requirements, and those evolve and change over time too. We need the flexibility to design training protocols that are optimized for any frequency and duration. This is why we do a one price catch-all service.
For the main program: Mon-Fri 5-11am & 4-9:30pm, Sat 7am-12pm.
Private sessions run 24/7 by appointment.
You can freeze your membership while traveling, no charge for time away - and we'll still help you track your workouts and diet, on us!
The most important thing to understand - training frequency and duration need to be flexible. Aside from exercise-effort, research overwhelmingly shows a direct correlation between volume (how many sets per muscle group, per week) and growth. And splitting the volume across multiple sessions is the best practice.
We aren't familiar with any other training program, anywhere, that takes this into account. Instead you pay per session (often in packages). And to achieve the right amount of frequency you need for good results, your cost would end up being in the thousands (i.e. 3x/wk at $125/hr = $1,500/mo). And these trainers don't even track your workouts or follow basic periodization practices.
At $829 for unlimited 1-on-1 training, that follows best evidence-based practices, tracks everything - someone training 3x/wk is paying roughly $69 a session, and that includes the diet coaching most places charge separately for if they even offer it. But we don't even limit you to 3x/week. Many clients train 4-6x/wk. We can even do double-daily sessions if a program calls for it.
You won't be alone - you'll find every type of person here, wherever you are in your journey. Our culture is warm, encouraging and genuinely friendly.
Proper periodization is unique to each individual. That's what the consultation is for... to learn about your goals and requirements.
At minimum we differentiate between beginner/untrained, intermediates, and advanced individuals. It also doesn't matter what anyone else is doing, you'll be on your own unique program.
We are experienced with post-physical therapy, rehab, corrective exercise, and much more. We can design any type of program that works around any issues. No limitations. And we will coordinate with your health provider if necessary.
We offer diet guidance, tracking, motivation, etc. This is optional, you're not required to do it.
Regarding "strictness" - there is simply no evidence that any particular diet outperforms another. The game is all about staying in a calorie deficit. So you can do any diet you want, or just reduce your consumption overall. It doesn't matter.
What actually matters is consistency - and this is where most people struggle. But we will talk strategies with you that fit your lifestyle.
Lifting weights - you'll feel it within a couple weeks. You'll feel a lot more within the first 4-6 weeks. Quality of life substantially improves fast.
Weight loss is directly correlated with your diet. So as soon as you go into a sustained calorie deficit, you'll see the scale move downward. As long as you persist in a calorie deficit, the scale will continue to move in that direction.
