The Analysis & Feedback Session (AFS) is diagnostic-style consultation.
Aside from introducing you to our program, we’re going to gather all the information we need about you in order to present you with the best plan for your fitness goals.
We’ll present you a customized fitness program that is in sync with your goals, lifestyle, preferences, schedule, and sticking points. All you have to do is choose how you want to carry it out, see below.

Our personal training programs are Month-to-Month, you can cancel any time. Also – your first month is completely Risk-Free, it’s fully refundable if you’re not satisfied for any reason.

This option is less ideal, because we limit your training to 30-minutes per day. It takes more than 30-minutes to adequately work a push, pull, or leg day – even if you’ve never trained before!
However – if your financial and/or time budget(s) do not allow for our main program, then this is a great option for you.
Our flagship personal training program: truly all-inclusive, and the only place you can get it. Unlike the 30-minute program, you can train as much as you want, even longer than 60-minutes!
For this reason we have the ability to completely customize the entire training protocol without any limits (and this is how a proper fitness routine should be).
*Billed as a monthly package. Prices reflect training at our facility. In-home training prices will be higher to cover time/travel costs.
A good candidate for this option is someone who has unique limitations (i.e. injury rehab), or someone who prefers the luxury of 1-on-1.
