Is it accurate?
Yes. Fit3D is validated for accurate, repeatable body-composition tracking, and unlike DEXA/BIA devices (InBody), readings don't swing with your hydration. For seeing real change over time, repeatability is what counts.
What do I wear?
Form-fitting clothing scans best: shorts and a tank or sports bra. Avoid metal and bulky layers. And the scan room is completely private, so you can scan in underwear if you prefer.
How should I prepare for my scan?
You don't have to do anything in particular, but if you want to preserve accuracy across multiple scans, then conditions should be consistent. Same time of day, comparable sleep, stress, eating and hydration, and not right after a large meal or exercise. Consistency is what makes two scans comparable.
Who can see my scan?
Only you and your coach can see the results, but your avatar and 3D images live in your private Fit3D account. Nobody has access to your personal images, not even us!
How is it different from DEXA or InBody?
You get a photorealistic 3D avatar to compare over time. Other scans run $175 to $250, but aren't even that accurate. Your UTG 3D scan is $4 to start (regularly $49). See the full comparison above.
Can I re-scan to track progress?
Yes. Most clients re-scan every 4-6 weeks to see measurable changes. Ask about scan packages.
How much does it cost?
Your first scan is $4 (regularly $49). Training members get scans included free as part of their 6-week reviews.
On a GLP-1 like Ozempic or Zepbound?
Then the scan matters twice as much: it tracks lean mass separately from fat, so you can make sure the weight you're losing is the right kind. We built a whole program around it.
