Semi-Private Personal Training

Unlimited 30-minute Sessions

Train as many days as you want, semi-private hours posted above.

This option is less ideal, because we limit your training to 30-minutes per day. It takes more than 30-minutes to adequately work a push, pull, or leg day – even if you’ve never trained before!

However – if your financial and/or time budget(s) do not allow for our main program, then this is a great option for you.

Unlimited 60-minute Sessions

Our flagship personal training program: truly all-inclusive, and the only place you can get it. Unlike the 30-minute program, you can train as much as you want, even longer than 60-minutes!

For this reason we have the ability to completely customize the entire training protocol without any limits (and this is how a proper fitness routine should be).

1-on-1 Personal Training

at UTG or at your home

$62 / 30-minutes or $117 / 60-minutes*

*Billed as a monthly package. Prices reflect training at our facility. In-home training prices will be higher to cover time/travel costs.

A good candidate for this option is someone who has unique limitations (i.e. injury rehab), or someone who prefers the luxury of 1-on-1.

Basic Nutrition

Recommended for disciplined and self-motivated clients that can receive and understand dietary instructions, and don’t have a history of struggling or advanced fitness goals.

Recieve custom-made instructions that make you reach your goal ASAP, while also accommodating your dietary lifestyle, preferences and obstacles

Come in for your follow-up each month for a comprehensive progress evaluation. Talk about your obstacles, discuss new ideas, and receive accordingly-modified instructions.

All-Inclusive Nutrition

Recommended for clients that are tired of being pulled in different directions and prefer to have a clear path to success that can be maintained for life.

We'll identify your short-term and long-term goals/metrics, and we'll continuously track your progress. We'll also use a food journal to regularly monitor and modify your diet

Schedule your evaluation sessions as often as you’d like. Default is once per week

Receive pro-active non-judgmental accountability and support from us. We'll check in on you as much as you need.
