What's there when you arrive

Progress comes from training three or four times a week. One flat rate is what lets you actually do that.

You are not joining a gym. You're hiring a coach who trains you every session, writes your diet, and tracks whether it's actually working.

Unlimited 1-on-1 sessions
Train as often as the research says you should — not as often as you can afford at $125+ an hour.
Diet coaching included
Macros, groceries, restaurants, the whole thing.
Fit3D body scans
Body composition measured every 6 weeks with progress consultations.
One flat monthly rate
No contract, no membership fee, no session packages to burn through.
What's available in Park Ridge

Four ways people try this. Here's how each one ends.

Big-box membership
$30–70/mo
A membership and no plan. You're left to figure out the programming, the form and the food on your own. Most people quit inside three months.
Independent trainer, per session
$100–150/hr
The coaching is real. The pricing is what rations it. Two a week is already $800+ a month, and two a week is below where bodies change.
Boutique class studio
$180–250/mo
Same class, same weights, same instructions for everyone who walks in. Nothing written for you, nothing measured. No results.
UTG — 10 minutes away
One flat rate
Unlimited 1-on-1, diet coaching and scans included. Ten minutes down Kinderkamack and nothing else changes.

Started at Unique Training Group back in October of last year and have loved going ever since. The community is the best part of working out at UTG, besides the trainers.

Joining the UTG family was the best decision I made. It has been a little over 2 months, I have lost 5% of my body weight and gained strength. I have never felt better. My training sessions are personalized to my abilities.

A gym experience unlike any I have been to before. UTG boasts the top motivating and knowledgeable trainers. The programming and workouts are methodical, progressive and personalized.

Park Ridge questions

Before you ask.

What's the drive like in the morning?

Ten minutes most of the day. Add two or three around 8am when the Hillsdale schools let in.

Is there parking?

Free lot at the gym. You will not circle Westwood looking for a spot.

Do I have to commit to a contract?

No. One flat monthly rate, cancel whenever. The results are the retention plan.

Do you have slots early enough to get to the train?

The floor opens at 5am, which is what most of our Pascack Valley line clients train on before heading in.

Do you train early mornings?

Yes. We run Monday to Friday, 5–11am and 4–9:30pm. Saturday 7am - 12pm.
